Concept/Prototype

The Lockheed Senior Peg was an American stealth strategic bomber proposed by Lockheed and Rockwell International for the U.S. Air Force's Advanced Technology Bomber (ATB) program, which began in 1979. Its faceted design resembled an enlarged F-117 Nighthawk. It lost the competition to Northrop's rival design, codenamed Senior Ice, which entered service as the Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit. Senior Peg was never built and remained a paper design.
