"香取"號。虛構設定：日本突擊登陸艦，在現代軍用運輸艦的基礎上改造而成。該艦不僅能夠釋放無人攻擊載具，還能夠使用攻擊性武器執行主動作戰任務。遊戲內"香取號"船體實際為亨廷頓·英戈爾斯於2013年公佈的LPD Flight 2 BMD方案，繫基於LPD-17"聖安東尼奧"級船塢登陸艦船體改良設計的彈道飛彈防禦艦。而現實中最新一艘"香取"艦為海自首艘練習艦"香取"號（TV-3501），於1969年9月建成服役，1998年退役。

概念/原型

The JS Katori is based on a conceptual model of a BMD (Ballistic Missile Defence) ship unveiled in 2013 by the Huntington Ingalls Industries. It is based on the hull of the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock. As the Japanese government cancelled the planned Aegis Ashore missile defense system in 2020, they are now considering the development of a BMD ship instead.
