Concept/Prototype
This aircraft is based on the F-15 STOL/MTD / F-15 ACTIVE, a prototype aircraft developed by McDonnell Douglas in the 1980s and 1990s. It features thrust vectoring and canards for improved maneuverability. A similar aircraft appears in the 1993 movie "Patlabor 2: The Movie" as F-15J Kai Eagle Plus.
