NeuroCore Promotional Vessel

A deafening voice blasts from the speakers: "...HI! I'M NIA! GET TO KNOW NEUROCORE SENSE ONE!...". This promotional vessel was meant to carry NeuroCore products from port to port, broadcasting ads on massive screens around the clock. Some time ago, the ship disappeared along with all its expensive equipment, and NeuroCore is still trying to get it back. There's a good chance they'll manage it by ear: no one has found a built-in way to turn off the advertising audio.
