Concept/Prototype
IDD&IS (Integrated Drone Detection & Interdiction System) is a family of Indian laser defense weapons being developed by Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). Shown in 2025, IDD&IS Mk-IIA is a variant of the system consisting of 6 individual lasers with a total of 30 kW output. The system is mounted on a truck and reportedly capable of neutralizing hostile aircraft, drones and missiles.
