LARS (Light Artillery Rocket System) is a multiple rocket launcher developed in the FRG (West Germany). The system entered service in 1969, LARS 2 is an upgraded variant of the weapon. The system was phased out by 2000 and replaced by the M270. As with many other MLRS systems in the game, there is no evidence that LARS 2 was ever used in naval role.
