Concept/Prototype
DM2A5 is a heavyweight German torpedo developed by the TKMS and Atlas Elektronik. It is an upgraded version of the DM2A4 "SeaHake Mod 4" torpedo. In 2025 an agreement was signed by the German Government to equip the new Type 212CD submarines with the DM2A5 torpedo.
