Type 65-76A Kit is a Russian torpedo system. According to reports, a faulty torpedo of this type caused the sinking of the Russian submarine Kursk in 2000. Instead of the actual torpedo, it appears that the developers accidentally modeled this weapon after the MG-74 Korund torpedo decoy, which looks similar but is significantly shorter in length.
