CN Project 1143E
An overhauled version of the Project 1143 Minsk aircraft carrier purchased by China in 1997. The ship underwent extensive modernization, with most of its armaments upgraded, including the addition of a new vertical launch system. Despite its limited flight deck area, the ship is capable of deploying a group of conventional aircraft, complemented by conceptual VTOL strike fighters like VTOL.

Minsk is a Kiev-class (Project 1143) aircraft carrier of the Soviet Navy, commissioned in 1978. In late 1990s, the ship was purchased by China and turned into a theme park. In the game, CN Project 1143E is a fictional modernization of the ship if it was put to military service. The locked VTOL aircraft on the carrier is based on a patent filed by AVIC Chengdu Aircraft Research and Design Institute in 2023.
