Concept/Prototype
Based on one of the concepts for the Soviet Project 1165 "Fugas" class of nuclear cruisers developed in the 1970s. Originally intended to operate alongside the Project 1144 "Orlan" class cruisers, Project 1165 was eventually absorbed into Project 1144, resulting in the Kirov-class nuclear cruiser.
