Concept/Prototype
RF Shkval (Project 23560E) is based on the Lider-class (Project 23560) destroyer design. A model of the ship was presented at the Army-2017 exhibition in Moscow. Lider is intended as a replacement for the Kirov-class (Project 1144) guided missile cruisers, and is expected to feature a nuclear propulsion system and stealth design.
