The Coast Protector is a new skin bundle that was added to the Modern Warships. The main attraction of this bundle is the “Coast Guard” skin, available to CN Type 055 Nanchang and CN Type 055A ships. This skin is modeled after the real-life Chinese Coast Guard livery.

The skin is primarily colored white and has the words “Coast Guard” written on it in Latin characters, along with the words “China Coast Guard” written in Simplified Chinese. The skin also contains red and blue “racing stripes” on the side of the ship and a red emblem on the front of the ship and back.
The skin on the CN Type 055 Nanchang
The two versions of the skin are otherwise the same, the only difference is the hull number, 101 for CN Type 055 Nanchang and 201 for CN Type 055A. Keep in mind that there are two bundles, one for each ship. So, if you want to have the skin on both of your ships, you will have to buy it twice.

An addition to the skin, this bundle also contains the “Coast Defender” flag, which matches the emblem on the skin, complementing it perfectly.
Also, the bundle contains a new player avatar called Yuan Zhihua which follows the Chinese Coast Guard theme.
To be honest, I really like this kind of themed bundle and it’s finally great to see a realistic skin that’s inspired by real-life ships, rather than a skin that is as flashy and colorful as possible.
The only downside that I can think of is that the bundle is kind of expensive if you want to have the skin on both ships. Maybe if the developers add this kind of bundle in the future, they could consider adding both versions of the skin to the same bundle so you don’t have to buy the bundle twice.
