CN Type 056A Huangshi
A new generation of multipurpose corvettes for the Chinese Navy, launched in 2012. It features a modular design with an angled hull and anti-radar capabilities. The ship is used for coastal defense and daily patrol missions. It is armed with one missile battery and one cannon, as well as an air defense system and a helicopter. It has replaced the older Type 053H frigates and Type 037 anti-submarine ships.

The Type 056 (NATO reporting name: Jiangdao-class) is a corvette class of the People's Liberation Army Navy, in service since 2013. Later hulls, designated Type 056A, carry towed array and variable depth sonar for anti-submarine tasks. Huangshi (hull number 655) is a Type 056A commissioned in 2015 and assigned to the North Sea Fleet. The 22 baseline Type 056s were transferred to the China Coast Guard between 2021 and 2023. The game previously listed this ship as CN Type 056.
