Ulyanovsk (Project 1143.7) was a planned Soviet nuclear-powered aircraft carrier. The ship was intended to be the first of a new class of carriers, but the project was cancelled in 1991 due to the collapse of the Soviet Union. The ship was never completed and the hull was eventually scrapped.
