Modern Warships January update contains several undocumented changes. The most apparent one is that the rarity of several ships in the game has been changed. Here’s a list of all the rarity changes.

Ship rarity upgraded from rare to epic

The following ships have their rarity changed from rare to epic. This means all Battle Pass/market ships are now classified as epic ships.

Changes to EC-665 Tiger

In addition to rarity changes, there was also a change made to the Eurocopter Tiger.

This helicopter was introduced in the December update. From the start, the description of its GiatAM gun erroneously stated that it can destroy both surface and air targets, while in-game, it could only target surface targets.

In the January update, this has been fixed. The gun has been changed so it can now target both surface and air targets, making the helicopter much more versatile.
